Why is it that five days after a turkey feast I still can’t bring myself to take one more mouthful? My GI track doesn’t handle it well these days. (I know, too much information…) Thankfully I sent all the left-overs off with traveling family members to stock their freezers… I love my simple and boring diet most days. So the first phase of the winter holiday is over with December upon us. I am struggling with how I might make the rest of this holiday season more restful and relaxing — less stressful for all, especially me. Yet I say this every year and never quite reach my desired goal. But what is the desired goal? Is is reasonable, or not even remotely possible?
